Morning

• Guest group A arrives - (approximately 8–10 guests). Late morning to early afternoon flights into Dabolim Airport (40 km from Vagator).

Afternoon

• Afternoon - Beach at Vagator Beach (1 minute from the main villa). Lunch at the north-end beach shacks.

Evening

• Check-in - The 5-bedroom Vagator villa (₹1,25,000/night) is the primary villa for the immediate family. It has the largest pool and the most staff. La Dora Estate (3-bedroom × 2 villas, ₹17,500–₹18,900/night + GST) is adjacent — walk between the two.
• Evening - Quiet dinner at the villa. Ask the caretaker to arrange a simple spread — the first group dinner should be low-key before the events begin.

• Guest group B arrives - the remaining 6–10 guests. Morning flights.

Afternoon

• 3:00 PM - All guests gather at the main villa (the 5-bedroom Vagator villa). The caretaker briefs the group on the schedule, the villa layout, the neighbourhood, and how to reach the caretaker on WhatsApp.

Evening

• Check-in - A 5-bedroom two-pool villa in Anjuna (₹23,999/night) for guests who want to be closer to the Anjuna action; your host will point you to the current pick. This property is 700m from Anjuna Beach.
• Evening - Sundowners at the Vagator cliff (10 minutes from the main villa).
• Dinner - The main group walks to Thalassa (Vagator). Book the whole terrace if possible — it seats approximately 50. Reserve 3 days ahead minimum.

• Morning - No schedule. Breakfast at the villas. Beach at guests' discretion.

Afternoon

• Afternoon - Lunch at Mum's Kitchen (Panaji, 25 minutes from Vagator). Goan food for the whole group. Book a table for 16–20 — Mum's has a large outdoor section. Cost: approximately ₹400–₹600 per person.

• Morning - Beach morning for the whole group. Vagator Beach (1 minute from main villa) or Anjuna Beach (the Anjuna villa is 700m away).

Afternoon

• Afternoon - Spa treatments for guests who want them. Most villa caretakers can arrange a massage therapist to come to the property. 60-minute massage: ₹1,500–₹2,500 per person.

Evening

• Evening - Pre-wedding dinner at Bomra's (Candolim, 20 minutes from Vagator). Burmese food, unusual and memorable. Book the whole restaurant if possible for groups over 12.

• Morning - Ceremony preparations at the main villa. The pool terrace works well for a small ceremony (under 30 guests). For larger groups, ask the caretaker about the gardens at La Dora Estate — there is a lawn area.
• Ceremony - Coordinate with a local wedding decorator. Most caretakers have contacts — ask the NJAS team for a shortlist. A Goan Catholic ceremony on the beach or at a church requires advance booking with the parish. A civil ceremony at the villa requires a notary registration (approximately ₹5,000–₹15,000).

• Lunch - Light lunch at the villa after the ceremony. Ask the caretaker to coordinate with a tiffin service.

Evening

• Evening - Wedding Reception at the pool terrace. This is the main event. A caterer sets up the terrace for a seated dinner for 20–30. Budget: ₹3,500–₹6,000 per person for a mid-tier caterer with decor and setup.
