A reunion trip has one job: everyone comes back and it feels like the last time, except better. The villa does that work. A pool, a shared living room, a terrace where the conversation starts at 10 PM and doesn't end until 2 AM — that's the reunion architecture.
This itinerary is for a group of 6–12 friends. It uses a cluster of villas in Vagator with enough shared space for the group to be together, and enough bedrooms for everyone to actually sleep.
Start with one large villa as the shared base, then add adjacent villas in the same villa development so everyone sleeps close but couples can have privacy. Build the days around long meals, pool time, and one or two easy detours, so the group is always together but nobody feels over-scheduled.

Four days in North Goa with your friends. You arrive Thursday and Friday, check into a villa cluster in Vagator — the primary 5-bedroom villa in Vagator (your host confirms which) as the main gathering space, with adjacent La Dora Estate villas for overflow — spend Friday and Saturday eating at the restaurants worth eating at (Thalassa, Bomra's, Adega de Goa), swimming at Anjuna and Vagator, doing one detour to Divar Island on Sunday morning, and leave Monday. The villa is the base throughout: you eat together, you drink together, you come back to it every night.
Main villa: the primary 5-bedroom villa in Vagator (your host confirms which) — ₹1,25,000/night. Large living room, pool terrace, full staff. This is the gathering space. The group eats here, drinks here, and stays up here.
Overflow villas: La Dora Estate Villa 04 + Villa 05 — two 3-bedroom villas in the same development, 2 minutes' walk from the main villa. ₹18,000–₹18,900/night + GST each.
Total capacity: 11 bedrooms, 20–22 guests. Best for groups of 6–12 friends.
A 5-bedroom villa in Vagator (the main gathering base) — Vagator villas. Primary gathering space. ₹1,25,000/night. Best for groups of 8+ who want a serious villa as the base; your host will point you to the current pick.
La Dora Estate Villa 04 — 3-bedroom villa, Vagator. ₹18,000/night + GST. Adjacent to the main villa.
La Dora Estate Villa 05 — 3-bedroom villa, Vagator. ₹18,900/night + GST. Adjacent to the main villa.
A 5-bedroom two-pool villa in Anjuna — Anjuna villas. ₹23,999/night. Two pools. Backup if you need overflow in Anjuna.
What's the best villa setup for a group of 8 friends? The 5-bedroom Vagator villa (5BR) is enough for 8 friends — at 2 per bedroom, plus the shared living room. If the group is 8 and some couples want privacy, add one La Dora Estate villa.
How far ahead should we book? 3–4 weeks minimum for weekdays. 6–8 weeks for weekends. December–January requires 2–3 months.
Should we book restaurants for the group? Yes. Thalassa, Bomra's, and Adega de Goa all require reservations. For groups of 8+, call 5 days ahead and ask for a table for the whole group. They accommodate this.
What's the split on accommodation cost? If 8 friends split the 5-bedroom Vagator villa (₹1,25,000/night), that's ₹15,625 per person per night. If the group is 8 in 4 rooms (2 per room), it's ₹31,250 per couple per night. Add La Dora Estate villas for couples who want more privacy.

Villa base cues
The plan works better when the villa base matches how the group will spend mornings, dinners, beach time, and recovery time.
Vagator works when guests want the beach scene, sunset plans, and nightlife close, but still want enough villa space to retreat properly.
Anjuna works for groups who want the North Goa scene nearby, then want a stay whose exact lane, property type, and pool access have been checked.
Arpora sits inland from the busy North Goa edges, making it practical for groups who will plan transport and choose between villa and apartment-style stays.
