This itinerary is for a team of 8–14 people. It uses a cluster of adjacent villas in Vagator with enough meeting space to be productive, and enough beach and restaurant access to be restorative.
A villa cluster works better than a hotel: one large primary villa as the meeting and gathering base, with adjacent villas in the same development for the rest of the team. This keeps everyone in one place to work, eat, and sleep, with a living room that doubles as a meeting room and a pool terrace for breaks.

A 3-day corporate offsite in North Goa, based at a villa cluster in Vagator. The team arrives Wednesday morning, spends Wednesday afternoon in a working session, has a beach evening, and a team dinner at Thalassa. Thursday is a working morning, an afternoon at Anjuna Beach, and dinner at Bomra's. Friday is a half-day working session and a noon departure. The villas are the base throughout — the team eats together, works together, and sleeps in the same place.
Primary villa: the primary 5-bedroom villa in Vagator (your host confirms which) — ₹1,25,000/night. This is the main gathering space: large living area, pool terrace, space to set up a screen and run a meeting for 10–12 people. The caretaker can arrange a projector on request.
Secondary villa: La Dora Estate Villa 04 + Villa 05 — two 3-bedroom villas in the same development as the primary villa. ₹18,000–₹18,900/night + GST each. These house the remaining 6–8 team members in adjacent rooms. The walk between the two Dora villas and the primary villa is under 2 minutes.
Total capacity: 11 bedrooms, 22–26 guests. Best for teams of 8–14 who want the shared-meeting-space feel.
Meeting setup: The primary villa's living room and pool terrace can accommodate a standing setup (standing desks or a table for 8–10). A projector and screen can be arranged — tell the caretaker 5 days ahead.

A 5-bedroom two-pool villa in Anjuna — Anjuna villas. ₹23,999/night. Two pools. Backup if you need overflow capacity in Anjuna.
What team size works best for this setup? 8–14 people. The 5-bedroom Vagator villa (5BR) + La Dora Estate Villa 04 (3BR) + La Dora Estate Villa 05 (3BR) = 11 bedrooms. For 8–14 guests, this means 1–2 people per bedroom, which is comfortable.
How far in advance should we book? 3–4 weeks minimum for weekdays, 6–8 weeks for peak season (November–February). The primary Vagator villa and La Dora Estate are frequently booked by returning NJAS guests.

Vagator works when guests want the beach scene, sunset plans, and nightlife close, but still want enough villa space to retreat properly.
Arpora sits inland from the busy North Goa edges, making it practical for groups who will plan transport and choose between villa and apartment-style stays.
Assagao works when the trip is built around restaurants and slow mornings, with the property type, pool access, and beach route checked for the exact stay.
