Do not assume the property includes a cook, caretaker, breakfast, daily housekeeping, power backup, parking for every vehicle, or a stocked kitchen. If meals matter, ask what can be provided, service hours, fees, groceries, dietary handling, and kitchen-use rules. If staff or security will be present, confirm their role and timing.
The same rule applies to photos and common space. A multi-unit or multi-villa configuration can use representative imagery. Confirm which bedrooms, pool, lawn, dining area, entrance, and parking belong to the exact URL being quoted, especially when the celebration depends on one space.
Share the exact dates, sleeping guests, potential visitors, room split, preferred areas, live venue plans, pool requirement, meals, music, vendors, vehicles, accessibility needs, and budget. That brief does more than adding “New Year” to a search. It makes every candidate comparable and prevents a broad holiday label from turning into an unsupported promise about the exact stay.
